3 healthy Wrap Combinations to bring some colour and variation into your dinner routine
Zutaten / Ingredients
for the mango wrap
  • 1 wrap
  • a small handful of mache
  • ¼ mango sliced
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 1-2 tsp cashew butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • some chili flakes
for the salmon wrap
  • 1 wrap
  • a small handful of mache
  • 1 - 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1-2 tsp fresh cheese (with herbs)
  • ¼ red pepper diced
for the pear wrap
  • 1 srap
  • a small handful of mache
  • ¼ pear sliced
  • a small handful of cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • ~ 5 pecan nuts
Zubereitung / Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the ingredients.
  2. Spread the cashew butter / fresh cheese / maple syrup evenly on your wrap and add the other ingredients.
  3. Roll that wrap up and enjoy
