The price for each accommodation stated on this site is the full registration fee and includes everything displayed on the site. Split payments are possible in two installments. In case of a split pay, we charge an extra 10% of the full price. The prices listed are per person.

€2490 (+VAT, if applicable) for the Early Bird Ticket (valid until Sun, 19. Feb 2023)
€2790 (+VAT, if applicable) for the Early Bird Ticket +  private room (valid until Sun, 19. Feb 2023)

€2690 (+VAT, if applicable) for a general ticket (valid from 20. Feb 2023)
€2990 (+VAT, if applicable) for a general ticket + private room (valid from 20. Feb 2023)

Payment Plans

In case of a split payment, the prices are as follows:

2 payments of €1369 (+VAT, if applicable) for the Early Bird offer (valid until Sun, 19. Feb 2023)
2 payments of €1539 (+VAT, if applicable) for the Early Bird offer + private room (valid until 19. Feb 2023)

or

2 payments of €1479 (+VAT, if applicable) for the general price (valid from 20. Feb 2023)
2 payments of €1649 (+VAT, if applicable) for the general price + private room (valid from 20. Feb 2023)

In the case of split payments, both payments need to be finished before April 16th, to secure the spot.

Refunds are not available. However, you can find someone to take your spot; in this case, you are in charge of the money transfer between you and the fill-in student.

Transport to and from the location of the retreat is not included in the registration fee.

We do not offer travel insurance and recommend attendees get their own before travelling.

In case of any Covid restrictions and limitations, we may require additional documentation from attendees and implement specific covid-restricting measures.

We reserve the right to change the retreat schedule while maintaining all the lessons and topics of discussion. We reserve the right to cancel the outdoor photoshoot due to bad weather or other issues.
